Pricing Options

Classes meet Tuesdays at 6:15 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.

Participants may enroll in one day per week or both days per week depending on their needs and availability.

The one-day-per-week option for the full six weeks is $109.
The two-days-per-week option for the full six weeks is $199.

6-Week Program • Members Only • Max 20 Participants

Momentum includes six small-group coaching sessions, a pre-program consultation, and weekly take-home exercises to support progress between sessions. The coaching is tailored, encouraging, and safe for prenatal, postpartum, and long-time moms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the program start date.

Momentum gave me foundational skills and confidence in my body's ability to actually be strong again! Wendy has developed a really special class - an encouraging environment, with specific and relevant exercises, and enough of a challenge to really get the ball rolling again.
