Housekeeping Manager
Position: Housekeeping Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
• An absolute commitment to customer service.

• Previous Management or supervisory experience required.
• 3+ years Housekeeping and Maintenance work required.
• Able to prioritize, organize and delegate responsibilities.

Summary of Work: Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and management of the Housekeeping/Maintenance Department, including, but not limited to, ensuring the continuous professional growth of all department staff, providing a clean and safe environment for our guests to exercise, ordering of facility supplies, creating and managing an annual budget and designing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping procedures. Leagues (Recreation) Coordinator
Position: Recreation (Leagues) Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Have a high ability to listen carefully and verbally communicate with others.
• Able to deal with pressure and distractions.
• Able to make decisions easily and adjust to constantly changing situations.
• Must be organized.
• Must have a basic understanding of rules for a variety of sports.

Summary of Work: The Wave Recreation Coordinator plays an integral part in our ability to provide a service to potential members and provide quality service. The League supervisor provides direction and support for league participants and spectators. They will be responsible for supervising and managing games/events as well as maintaining regular communication with appropriate areas and staff members at the Wave.

Pool Attendant Part Time
Position: Pool Attendant
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous pool experience preferred not required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Must obtain CPR and AED certifications within 60 days of employment.
• A complete background check may be required.
Status:
Part-time. Position may be combined with other part time work to contribute toward full time status. May be paired with Lifeguard or Swim Instructor for more hours.
Compensation: $17/hour plus shift differentials
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3pm-10pm. Start time could be pushed later.

Position: Swim Instructor
Minimum Qualifications:
- A current American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certificate or equivalent OR may be willing to train the right candidate.
- Must obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have the ability to work well with children.
