Coached swim practices are aimed to improve fitness level, technique and stroke within the scope of triathlon/ open water swimming. Each coached swim will include a 3-level workout to accommodate varying fitness levels and swimming experience. These swims are perfect for recreational and competitive swimmer alike.
Work in the studio and the open road with Scarlet to become comfortable in all aspects of your ride. Workouts will include intervals as well as brick work (back to back bike/run or swim/bike workouts) in order to prepare your body for the main event.
Speed work on treadmills and outside will help you to develop the fast twitch muscles you need to have a speedy finish to your race. Not only will we do race pace work, but we will also work on strength exercises to help you stay healthy and uninjured as you ramp up training.
