The Wave offers men’s and women’s basketball leagues in the fall and winter. Two types of leagues are offered: traditional 5 on 5 or 4 on 4 played on short courts with international rules.

Sign up as a full team or as an individual. Participation is open to everyone; you do not need to be a member of The Wave to participate.

Every league includes a minimum of six regular season games and participation in a single elimination playoff tournament. Each team is guaranteed at least seven games. Game start times will vary between 6:00 and 9:00 pm.
