Jenna started her journey into the fitness industry with her Yoga Alliance certification and began teaching power yoga in 2010. The passion for helping people then developed into a personal trainer certification with roots in helping people to empower and change their lives.

Jenna’s training philosophy builds around two core ideas: the body is meant to be moved and if you lead with the heart the body will follow. Her primary specialization is in helping people with mobility and feeling comfortable in their body while gaining muscle and strength. She loves watching people grow in strength and confidence in their own abilities by finding ways to challenge them while creating programs which will let them see the strength and fitness gains they’ve made on a progressive level.

Jenna is high energy and has been termed “lightning in a bottle” by friends who have lifted and worked out with her on a personal fitness level. She’s always looking for new ways to move and challenge the body while building the balance between a hard push in the gym and playful, spontaneous movement. She brings her enthusiasm to her clients while encouraging them to create time for self-care in their own lives.
