This is not your typical weight lose challenge. Scott is looking for progress at every fitness level. Not only will fat loss be taken into account, but also muscle mass gained and inches lost.

- Group #2 Monday & Thursday 5:15 AM
- Group #3 Wednesday & Friday 12:30 PM
- Group #4 Monday 5:30 PM & Saturday 8:00 AM
- Group #5 Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 PM
- Two 55 minute trainer-led group (8 person max) sessions per week
- Additional cardio and strength training workouts to be done on your own.
