Rayme Caton is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Athletic Trainer. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2000. She then continued her schooling at Big Sky Somatic Institute in Helena, MT where she earned her certificate of Massage Therapy. She brings over 10 years of professional experience to her practice at The Wave.
Rayme utilizes a number of bodywork techniques and strives to customize every session to the client’s needs. She blends techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, muscle sculpting, passive movement, and various energy techniques to optimize health and well being. Rayme also specializes in sports and medical massage. Before moving to the Flathead Valley, Rayme successfully ran a private massage therapy practice in Missoula, MT for seven years. She feels it is a great privilege to help people and to work in a profession she feels so passionate about.
When not practicing massage, Rayme can be found hiking, swimming, skiing, playing soccer, or chasing her son, Avery.

Theresa Nelson is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is an American Massage Therapy Association Professional Member. She graduated from the Spencerian Massage Therapy Program in Lexington, Kentucky.
Theresa brings 4 years of massage experience with a background in spa massage, a clinical setting helping cancer patients as part of her externship at The University of Kentucky Hospital and as an entrepenuer running a private practice before joining The Wave.
Theresa utilizes a variety of Swedish, deep tissue, and stretching techniques for relaxation and believes in massage therapy for a healthier life.
She was raised in Columbia Falls and enjoys working out at the gym, camping, swimming, hiking, and spending time with her daughter Addyson and son Brady.
