Private Personal Training Studio
Our private personal training studio is reserved exclusively for clients working with a trainer. The center piece of this studio is the state-of-the-art Kinesis Wall by Technogym. The Kinesis Wall is like no other fitness equipment. Exclusive patented engineering allows it’s users to perform an infinite variety of exercise and movements in a 3 dimensional way from any position, ensuring strength, stability and flexibility. Mind/Body Studio
We have a truly beautiful studio specifically intended for our mind/body classes such as yoga, pilates and tai chi. Party Rooms
The Children’s Depot offers party rooms for your fun and convenience. The room has its own entrance and is located next to the slide pool. Parties are limited to a two-hour time slot.
